Dennis L. Murdock
CEO
Mr. Murdock is also the Executive Vice President and CEO of Central Iowa Power Cooperative, Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Executive Vice President of Central Iowa Energy Cooperative

Mr. Murdock has over 40 years experience in the electric utility industry at CIPCO, with responsibilities in accounting, finance, contracts and power supply beginning his tenure at CIPCO in 1968.

Mr. Murdock has a broad range of experience in working with community leaders across the CIPCO service territory, stretching from the Mississippi River on the eastern border of the state to nearly Missouri and Nebraska on the southwestern border.

As chairman of the Iowa Capital Corporation, the Iowa Area Development Group and Capital Management Associates, Mr. Murdock works closely with new business developments and venture capital projects that have the potential to enhance Iowa's economy. He is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Iowa Association of Business and Industry.

Mr. Murdock is a member of many local civic and economic development organizations.

Effective July 1, 2002, Mr. Murdock was named to one of two boards created by Iowa legislation to encourage venture capital investment in Iowa. The Iowa Capital Investment Corporation, which Mr. Murdock serves as President, organized the Iowa Fund of Funds. The fund managed Iowa Fund of Funds will make investments in venture capital funds, allowing enhanced access to capital for Iowa start-up companies.

Mr. Murdock earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Math from Upper Iowa University.



Rob Newberry
President

An executive with more than 15 years of banking experience in various strategic and leadership roles. These roles included time in finance, servicing, fair lending, pricing strategy, business intelligence and technology delivery innovation.

James Fogt
Secretary, Treasurer

A business and financial institutions executive with more than 40 years of experience in performing financial analysis and strategic planning as well as directing operations of financial and non-financial organizations offering a broad range of products and services. His experience includes electric utility finance, general corporate finance, commercial banking, investment banking, manufacturing and public accounting with KPMG Peat Marwick

Howard Harris
Executive Vice President

An executive with more than 35 years of business and financial institution experience. He is noted for his leadership, organizational and problem solving abilities and business acumen. His experience includes positions in public accounting, banking and technology.

Alan Duffe
Vice President

Mr. Duffe has over 15 years serving as a CIPCO board member. Mr. Duffe is currently the board president and has served in a wide array of responsibilities. These have included CIPCO Board Secretary Treasurer, Economic Development Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, Member and Chair Investment Committee, Competitive Environment Committee, CIECO Board of Director, Iowa Capital Corporation Board of Director.



Matt Graff
CTO / Vice President

Matthew has over 14 years of experience working in technology and software development including software analysis & design, programming, database & network administration, consulting, and project management. Roles have ranged from designing & managing multiple e-commerce websites, developing database-driven financial web applications, and consulting & leading multiple development teams for enterprise level applications. Matthew began working with Legosys in 2007 on a consulting basis and programmed FastGrade and DigiDocvault from the ground up. He was hired full time in March 2008 and has continued to build and grow Legosys products to what they are today.

Matthew has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, MN.



Michael A. Cruzen
Vice President of Sales

30+ years of Banking experience with premier Banking organizations in Iowa (a Brenton Bank President 1983-1996, a Citizens Bank President 1997-2001), a bank consultant with John M. Floyd and Associations since September of 2006. Born and raised in Southeast IA. Graduated from Eddyville High school in 1969, received a BS degree in Agricultural Business from Iowa State University in 1973 and completed the Graduate School of Banking degree, Madison, WS in 1980.




Paul Mumford
Vice President of Client Management

Paul has 15 years of sales and account management experience, with the majority of that time spent in major account management with Xerox Corp. While at Xerox he was responsible for sales and account operations for several multi-million dollar Financial Services clients. He joined Legosys in April of 2009 in sales and was promoted to Vice President of Client Management in December of 2011. Paul oversees account management, product training and implementation for FastGrade clients. He also supervises all implementation personnel. Paul holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Iowa State University.



Don Wilson
Sales Manager
Don has over 12 years of sales and servicing experience with a focus on designing, selling, and implementing systems to the Financial Services Industry. He has extensive experience working with customers to develop and integrate equipment and software solutions to meet their business needs.



Mark Clodi
Programmer
Mark has worked more than 16 years in the IT industry as a programmer, database administrator, and a hardware support technician. He has gained experience working on contracts for various state and federal entities as well as private companies gathering data for the medical profession. Mark has a Comprehensive Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from Western State College of Colorado, Gunnison, CO.
